10 hr smoke with perfect mix pellets! Rub whole pork loin with olive oil, then cover both sides with Witts barbecue season and honey. Let it marinate overnight in refrigerator. At 530 am, put it on the pellet grill and go back to bed. When up, spritz with apple juice. At noon, put loin in foil with butter, brown sugar, and apple juice. Cover up and leave on grill for 2 hrs, then remove foil and grill 2 more hours. Pull off grill at 140 degrees. #Cookinpell
